This is a very clean, family friendly comfortable place to stay and the location is great being right near the beach, shops and restaurants!
Perfect place for a summer vacation, close walk to the beach. Nice full condos , indoor pool & Hot tub
They need a course in customer service. Or at least inform members when something has changed.
Stayed across the street from the O C @Atlantic. Quiet. Never stayed there. But it looks nice.
Very nice staff , room studio was perfect for what we needed, quiet on our side no ocean view for us, but 1 block away perfect, beach pass included perfect. Parking a little snug but it is summer. This was the 1st time in the summer, usually in the winter we come up. Great experience, will be back. Close to the places we wanted to see watch hill, Newport and family and friends.
Buyer beware. This place has been awful since day one. First year the water wasn't working in our shower had to shower in the pool area. Second year dishwasher broken repair man in our unit for 2 days. Every-time we go to use the beach there is an issue. So when they tell you you can come use the beach when ever you want it is a lie. When they say you can come stay at 1/2 price when ever you want another lie. I don't know why we wasted the money. We can never use it out side of our week which reminds me. When the hurricane hit it was our week they never tried to make it up to us. Just it's an act of God nothing we can do.
